I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with what gives our lives meaning and purpose. My approach is grounded in creating a safe and accepting space, with honest reflection and supportive tools to help clients explore and discover their own path forward. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages, to mitigate the impact of anxiety and depression, trauma, attachment challenges, parenting struggles, and life transitions. I draw on evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based approaches—tailoring approaches to meet client needs. Whether you're navigating grief, relationship conflict, behavioral concerns, or spiritual questions, you can find healing, build resilience and reconnect with your sense of inner strength. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept most major insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support you.
