I was born in Mexico and moved to the U.S. at age four. While I grew up here, my family and community have always helped me stay rooted in my culture. I’m proud to be Mexican and honored to offer services in both Spanish and English. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds—whether you're navigating acculturative stress, complex family dynamics, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or relationship challenges. My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where your lived experience is honored and your goals matter. I care deeply about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and believe in not just acceptance, but celebration. In a world that can often misunderstand or marginalize, I’m committed to holding space and honoring your right to be exactly who you are. I also believe in finding joy, lightness, and play as powerful tools for healing. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time in nature, exploring new places, staying connected to my community, and sharing meaningful moments with the people and animals I love.
