Introduction
Hello and welcome! My name is Tanya Corkum and I have a passion for health and wellness. For the past 20+ years I have worked with individuals and families of all ages in a variety of settings to find health, hope and direction for their lives. I am a Christian and I love learning, music, movement and creative arts; all of which inform my life and work. I believe that we all need to maintain a healthy balance within our mind, body, spirit, and soul to have a meaningful connection with God, ourselves and others; to live a full and thriving life. I believe that sweet spot of balance is called The True Center. The True Center is where our identity, passion and purpose meet. It is my honor and joy to help creatively counsel others to find their True Center; to know, grow and show who they were created to be!
