Introduction

If you've been carrying a lot — old hurt, the weight of being the strong one, burnout that sleep doesn't fix — you don't have to hold it alone. I work with professionals, leaders, and high-achievers whose lives require composure most therapy rooms aren't built to hold. We make room for what's underneath the performance — family dynamics, cultural weight, the parts of your story that don't get named in most rooms. You don't have to perform wellness here. You don't have to explain yourself to be understood. We start where you are. As a doctoral-level psychologist with trauma training, I offer somatic, mind-body therapy for high-achievers carrying burnout, grief, identity stress, and unprocessed hurt. Sessions are part real conversation, part skill-building (breathwork, grounding, regulation), part deeper work. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is also available when it aligns with what you're working on. If you've read this far, something brought you here. Maybe it's been building for a while. Maybe you're not sure if therapy is the right move — or if I'm the right fit. You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. A consultation is a conversation, not a commitment. The first step is the hardest, and you don't have to take it alone. WHERE I PRACTICE I see clients virtually in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
