Hi. I’m Tanya Diaz, a licensed clinical psychologist, first-generation bilingual Latina, mother, and the founder of my private practice. I’m passionate about providing culturally responsive therapy to adults of all ages, with a special focus on those experiencing anxiety or recovering from trauma. I work with adolescents and adults who are going through life changes or feeling stuck and asking big questions like—What do I really want? Why do I feel so exhausted all the time? What needs to change so that I can feel better? My clients are often the ones who seem like they have it all together on the outside, but inside, they don't feel that great. They overthink things, say yes when they want to say no, and feel pressure to take care of others. All of that takes a toll: tense muscles, stomach discomfort, fatigue—even after a good night’s sleep. You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own.
