Introduction

Hi, I’m Tara Bianchi. Welcome to Your Time Psychotherapy! I work with adults, teens, and parents struggling with anxiety, ADHD, overthinking, people-pleasing, boundaries, and relationship patterns that may be connected to childhood experiences, trauma/CPTSD, or difficult, controlling, emotionally harmful, or narcissistic relationships. With over 20 years of experience in the field, my approach is practical, compassionate, and personalized-helping you understand patterns, manage symptoms, develop strategies that work for you, and feel more confident navigating your life and relationships. I earned my MSW from the University of New England in 2018 and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire, with experience providing care in private practice, family resource centers, and community mental health settings, and now my dream job; owning and operating my own private practice. **NOW OFFERING SINGLE-SESSION THERAPY (SST)** Single-Session Therapy is a one-time, focused session for a specific concern such as anxiety, relationship or boundary struggles, panic, difficult decisions, or high-conflict situations. Together, we’ll identify what’s happening, explore relevant patterns, and develop practical strategies you can begin using right away. SST can be a good fit if you want targeted, goal-focused support without committing to ongoing therapy. See fees below.
