Introduction

Hi, I’m Tara Bianchi. Welcome to Your Time Psychotherapy! I use a trauma-informed approach while working with adults, teens, and parents whose anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, CPTSD, or emotional struggles often arise from difficult or toxic relationships-romantic, platonic, or within family systems. My focus is on restoring self-trust, building practical skills, and strengthening resilience, so you can manage stress, set boundaries, and navigate relationships with clarity and confidence. Owning my own practice has always been a dream. With over 20 years of experience in this field and personal insight into the impact relationships have on our well-being, I earned my MSW from the University of New England in 2018 and am a licensed clinical social worker in New Hampshire. I’ve provided clinical care for clients in private practice, family resource centers, and community mental health settings. Rooted in social work, my approach is practical, compassionate, personalized, and focused on helping you reconnect with your best self, manage your symptoms, and create meaningful, lasting change to protect your peace. *PLEASE NOTE* I am now offering SST, or Single-Session Therapy. This is a one-time, focused session designed to address a specific challenge, such as anxiety, relationship struggles, panic attacks, or high-conflict situations. Together, we’ll identify patterns, develop practical strategies, and provide tools to help you move forward with confidence and control-often after just one session. SST is ideal for clients who want targeted support or prefer a shorter, goal-focused approach to therapy. Fees below.
