Introduction

I am a trauma-informed therapist who draws from EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal-informed practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These approaches help us explore both practical skills, gain a deeper self-understanding of yourself, and reprocess past distressing events that prevent you from reaching your potential. Together, we’ll focus on calming the nervous system, building emotional resilience, and fostering self-compassion. I am an EMDRIA approved therapist, utilizing state of the art EMDR equipment from the Netherlands, to create a personalized and comfortable experience for my clients.
