You may be thoughtful and self-aware, yet still find certain relational or emotional patterns repeating in ways that are difficult to shift alone. Many of the people I work with arrive in therapy with insight, curiosity, and a desire to understand themselves more deeply, especially when experiences of trauma, attachment history, or cultural context shape how they relate to others and to their own inner world. I offer depth-oriented therapy for adults who want more than symptom management. My work draws from a relational psychodynamic perspective, with attention to personality patterns, identity development, and the emotional meanings that unfold within relationships. Through our attuned therapeutic relationship, therapy becomes a collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and explore what feels complex or unresolved. We work together towards a deeper understanding of emotional experience and more integrated ways of relating to yourself and others over time.
