I believe it is important to find our own inner healer. I would like to be a catalyst and guide for this important discovery. In the spirit of compassion, presence, curiosity, and creativity, we can navigate through circumstances that may feel overwhelming. I have been fortunate to have been exposed to a broad range of experiences as a psychotherapist more than 10 years. It has been a privilege to help individuals, couples, and families to promote their own healing from challenges arising from trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, illness, loss, and life transitions. I believe that each being is perfect and needed different ways of defense to survive childhood and cultural trauma. I use an integrative somatic approach to help understand behavior and its connection to inner emotional experiences. My work draws on a variety of modalities, including attachment-based psychoanalysis, guided discovery, somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, thought reframing, dream analysis, and art therapy.
