Introduction

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth psychiatric care for adults and adolescents ages 15 and older throughout Florida. My services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and therapy-integrated follow-up care. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, trauma-related symptoms, perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns, caregiver stress, and mood-related difficulties. Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I spent more than 12 years as a Level III NICU nurse. That experience deeply shaped my understanding of stress, uncertainty, family systems, trauma, caregiving, and the importance of feeling truly seen during vulnerable moments. My approach is warm, collaborative, and whole-person centered. I believe psychiatric care should include more than symptom checklists and medication decisions. My goal is to understand your story, support your emotional wellbeing, and help create a treatment plan that is thoughtful, realistic, and aligned with your life.
