You, your family, or child have been through or are going through hard things and would like to live with more ease. You may be a stepparent, adoptive parent, foster caregiver, or caring for the child of a friend or family member. You may be parenting a neurodivergent child, a child who learns differently, or a child with chronic health issues. You may be craving more connection and less tension in your relationship with your child. You may be a young adult navigating the transition to adulthood. You may be exploring your gender or sexual identity or parenting a child who is exploring their identity. I bring curiosity, humor, and playfulness to my work with children, adolescents, adults, and families and use a trauma-informed, attachment-oriented approach to create a supportive therapeutic environment where you will develop your vision and hopes for the future and a plan for getting there – with an understanding that plans can and will change over time. I offer clinical supervision founded on integrity and curiosity to support clinicians who value high-quality, evidence-based, results-oriented, and compassionate care. I am an Attachment Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework trainer, as well as a Reflective Supervision trainer.
