Introduction

“Mental strength is not the ability to stay out of the darkness, its the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing that the light will shine again.” - Anonymous. I am a limited licensed psychologist (master's level) that practices therapy under the supervision of a fully licensed psychologist (LP). I believe that everybody strives to be the best that they can be. This striving for the best is in every role and capacity we have in life. We want to be the best mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, friend, student, employee, etc. However, in life, there are obstacles that get in the way of us achieving this. I look forward to working with people to move beyond these obstacles and get closer to the person they are striving to be. Professional Background: I am a Limited Licensed Psychologist with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. I have over 14 years of experience providing therapeutic services to adolescents and adults. I specialize in treating: depression, anxiety, relational issues, adjustment, and life changes. I look forward to seeing individuals, couples, and families.
