I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing challenges in all areas of their lives. Anxiety and depression can affect our lives in so many ways such as: relationship struggles, intimacy, those seeking a feeling of security, wanting to feel trust, over/under achieving, parenting skills, and other emotional difficulties. We all store memories, experiences and emotions in our bodies. Which means, that it’s not just “all in your head”; rather, our bodies hold information we can use as well. Using my skills in EMDR and IFS we can work through these thoughts, feelings and emotions to heal those parts of you. Working together you will learn about the relationship between your mind, body, thoughts, and behavior. You will gain better awareness about what is going on in your body. Learn grounding techniques to help calm and regulate your nervous system when you are feeling anxious and gain tools to better understand the varied emotions you feel on a daily basis.
