Individual therapy with me is a collaborative, grounded, and intentional space designed to support both healing and growth. Each session is tailored to where you are in the moment—emotionally, mentally, and physically—while keeping your larger goals in focus. Living your life to the fullest takes consistent commitment to yourself and your goals. While that commitment can feel uncomfortable at times, it is deeply worth it. In our work together, we focus on helping you understand what has been holding you back, learn how to move through doubt and discomfort, and build the internal skills needed to show up more fully in your life. Sessions often begin by checking in on what you’re experiencing—recent stressors, emotional patterns, or moments where you noticed yourself reacting in ways you don’t fully understand. From there, we work together to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, including nervous system responses, past experiences, and internal patterns that may be influencing how you think, feel, and relate. Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may include: * Learning practical tools to regulate your nervous system and manage anxiety or overwhelm in real time * Trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR or parts-based work (IFS) to process past experiences and reduce their emotional charge * Increasing awareness of thoughts, emotions, and body sensations to build emotional regulation and resilience * Gently challenging patterns of avoidance, self-doubt, or fear that keep you stuck * Developing mental and emotional skills that support confidence, clarity, and meaningful change Our work is not about forcing change or “pushing through” at all costs. Instead, it’s about learning how to stay present with discomfort, understand it, and move forward with intention and self-trust. Together, we create a safe, supportive environment where you can take risks, build insight, and practice showing up differently—both in session and in your everyday life. Over time, clients often notice they feel more grounded, more confident in their decisions, and better equipped to navigate relationships, transitions, and challenges. The goal is not just symptom relief, but lasting change that allows you to press into living life with all you’ve got.
