Hello! For over 26 years, I have had the pleasure of helping clients achieve their wellness goals, and welcome the opportunity to work with you. I am compassionate, easy to talk with and strive to provide a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore what is inhibiting them from feeling their best. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and work to tailor sessions to meet each client’s unique needs. My years of experience and training foster my ability to help clients develop healthier habits, routines, and skills to manage life’s challenges. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and am a certified Integrative Health Coach. I am skilled in addressing depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting challenges, low self-esteem, high sensitivity, loss, and assertiveness. I have a particular interest in working with women/moms. I offer day and evening telehealth appointments to clients 18 and over and try my best to accommodate busy schedules.
