Introduction

If you've ever thought, "Why do I keep doing this?" or "I know what I should do, but I can't seem to get there," you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, or challenges related to ADHD and autism. They are often thoughtful, insightful people who spend a lot of time overthinking, second-guessing themselves, people-pleasing, masking, or carrying the weight of everyone else's needs. They know they're capable of more but feel exhausted trying to figure it all out on their own. My style is warm, genuine, and engaging. I believe therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or overly clinical to be effective. While we'll absolutely do meaningful work together, there's also room for humor, curiosity, and honest conversation. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, masking, or feeling like you have to have everything figured out. Together, we'll explore both practical tools for navigating life's challenges and the deeper emotional patterns that shape how you see yourself, connect with others, and respond to stress. Drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while integrating attachment-based, strengths-focused, and neurodiversity-affirming perspectives, I help clients build greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and lasting change. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered—not because you've become someone different, but because you've gained the tools and confidence to be more fully yourself.
