I’m a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and Registered Drama Therapist (RDT) with over 15 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults in private practice, schools, and clinical settings. I was drawn to this work through a deep interest in how people express what they feel—especially when words aren’t enough—and how creativity can be a pathway to healing, understanding, and connection. Over time, I’ve found myself most drawn to working with people who think, feel, and imagine deeply. This includes imaginative young children with big emotional worlds, creative teens navigating anxiety and perfectionism, and thoughtful adults who may look highly capable on the outside while privately struggling with self-doubt, overwhelm, or creative blocks. Across all ages, I see a common thread: when people are sensitive or creative, they often begin to question their instincts or lose trust in their own inner voice. My work focuses on helping clients better understand these patterns, regulate overwhelming emotions, and reconnect with a sense of clarity and self-trust. I specialize in play therapy, Drama Therapy, expressive arts therapy, mindfulness, and talk therapy. These approaches allow clients to explore emotions in ways that feel natural, creative, and accessible—whether through play, imagination, movement, reflection, or conversation. My goal is to help clients not feel “fixed,” but more fully themselves: more grounded, more confident in their choices, and more able to move through life without so much self-doubt or internal pressure. I believe that the qualities that make someone sensitive or creative are not problems to solve, but strengths that need understanding and support to fully emerge.
