Hi, I'm Tarryn. Everyone needs a little help sometimes and it can be difficult to be objective about ourselves or a situation at times. My job is to work with you to identify what is causing you unwanted feelings and learn to manage them in a realistic way. In essence, to be the best version of yourself by learning tools to manage difficult life circumstances. I take a direct but heartfelt approach to therapy and fit the needs to each person/couple. After all, we're all different and there is not a 'one size fits all' approach. I will work with you to identify what makes the most sense for you and provide the "whys" on what we are doing and how it may help.
