Introduction

Over the years, I have learned each individual and family has their own set of strengths and challenges that are worth examining. I'm passionate about supporting my clients process and journey. I believe everyone deserves the chance to examine and process their thoughts and ideas. I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with my Masters in Social Work. I then moved to Hawai'i with my military family and learned even more about the unique transitions each family experiences. I have a certification in Perinatal Mental Health. There is no transition like welcoming a new child. The connections created during this period can create a beautiful beginning for the whole family. I look forward to connecting and supporting your family through any transition you face.
