“Actually, I can.” – note to self If you’ve found yourself questioning your instincts, wondering if you’re overreacting, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself (with relationships, at work, or in school) you’re not alone. I support clients navigating this reality with narcissistic, self-centered, avoidant, dismissive, emotionally immature, or inconsistently attuned people. We’ll make sense of relational trauma fueling anxiety, people-pleasing, overthinking, and self-doubt. Whether you’re experiencing a trauma bond, codependency, being misperceived, feeling misunderstood, exhaustion from high-functioning anxiety or constant masking even to the extent of burnout… our shared goal is to move you from confusion to clarity, self-doubt to self-trust, and out of survival mode. My intention is to help you reconnect with your own voice so you can stop second-guessing yourself, start making decisions that reflect your values, and truly be happy. I take a warm but direct approach, helping you distinguish attachment from harm, break patterns of self-abandonment, and build healthy boundaries with confidence. I also believe in the power of appropriate humor to bring warmth, connection, and a little lightness into the therapeutic process.
