Introduction

"Entering an intimate space with yourself is no easy task—but with someone you trust walking beside you, the journey becomes not only bearable, but transformative. That’s how I view the work I do with my clients. With over 20 years in the helping profession, I bring both wisdom and a down-to-earth presence to every session. I know how the weight of the past can silently shape the present, and my role is to help you gently unpack, connect the dots, and discover new pathways toward healing and clarity. I work with individuals and couples, creating a safe and intentional space to explore relationships, improve communication, and repair emotional wounds. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or moving through difficult life transitions, I help you move from surviving to thriving. My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, and together we explore the ‘why’ behind your patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and build tools to support lasting change. I specialize in supporting clients working through grief, trauma, anxiety, burnout, addiction, domestic violence, work/life balance, and identity-related challenges. My approach is always collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental. My hope is that you leave our time together feeling stronger, more self-aware, and ready to prioritize your well-being. I believe healing is possible—and you deserve to live a life of clarity, purpose, and peace."
