I work with attorneys, executives, physicians, nurses, and finance professionals — people whose work runs on judgment and composure, and who are usually functioning well by every outside measure while running on empty underneath it. Sessions are direct and practical. We look at what's actually driving the pattern — the trauma exposure, the chronic pressure, the grief you scheduled around — and work on it with the same rigor you bring to everything else. Before I became a therapist, I spent over a decade in Delaware's financial industry, ending my career there in fraud investigation. When a client describes the pace and the scrutiny, I'm not imagining it. Fifteen years of clinical practice across mobile crisis, inpatient and outpatient intake, and school-based settings.
