Hello, and welcome. My name is Tasneem Khraisat, and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, family conflict, substance use, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. As a Palestinian-American therapist who provides services in both English and Arabic, I value culturally responsive care and understand the importance of honoring each client's unique background, experiences, and identity. I have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals from immigrant and minority communities, those recovering from trauma, and clients seeking support with relationship and family concerns. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's needs, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems approaches. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, I look forward to helping you build on your strengths and work toward healing, growth, and lasting positive change.
