I work primarily with LGBTQ+ adults and older teens (16+), survivors of childhood abuse, domestic violence, and sexual trauma, as well as clients navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, disordered eating, grief, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting people reclaiming empowerment after survival. Healing isn’t about erasing what happened, it’s about rebuilding trust in yourself and your voice. As a lesbian therapist with lived experience navigating ADHD, I understand how identity and neurodivergence shape the way we move through the world. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and rooted in Feminist Therapy - meaning we acknowledge systemic impacts, power dynamics, and the strength it takes to exist authentically. In my office together - we break big goals into small, achievable steps and celebrate “little wins” along the way.
