Introduction

Struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, or trauma can make it hard to see your worth, but change is possible. I help people reconnect with themselves and build fulfilling lives, especially those impacted by stigma around mental health or neurodivergence. I enjoy working with clients who feel therapy hasn’t worked in the past, helping them find approaches that actually fit and make a difference. I work with individuals of all ages navigating anxiety and trauma, with a focus on children and young adults. I'm trained in EMDR, EMDR Superhero School for children, Executive Function Coaching, and treatment for selective mutism. I employ an affirming approach with the LGBTQIA+ community, people with disabilities, and neurodiversity. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if it’s your first time. My sessions are relaxed, judgment-free, and rooted in trust, with accommodations available. You don't have to talk before you’re ready, and you'll never be judged for what you share. Come as you are, and we’ll move at your pace.
