Recognizing your worth can be difficult when you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal, and build a fulfilling, meaningful life. I was drawn to this work after seeing how stigma, neurodivergence, and lack of support can prevent people from getting the help they deserve. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapy space where clients feel understood and empowered. I am EMDR trained and support children, teens, and adults working through trauma, anxiety, selective mutism, and emotional regulation at their own pace. I work with individuals of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, with a special focus on children, young adults, and neurodivergent clients. I have additional training in EMDR and selective mutism and use a neurodiversity-affirming approach. I enjoy supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals with disabilities. Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re unsure where to start. You don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out. I work alongside clients to navigate uncertainty, clarify goals, and move forward at a pace that feels safe and supportive. If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out.
