Introduction

Recognizing your worth is difficult when you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout. I believe everyone can heal and build a fulfilling life. I was drawn to this work after seeing how stigma and lack of support keep people from getting the help they deserve. I create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered. I support clients with emotional regulation at their own pace. I work with individuals of all ages navigating anxiety and trauma, with a focus on children and young adults. I'm trained in EMDR and selective mutism and use a neurodiversity-affirming approach. I enjoy supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and people with disabilities. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if it’s your first time. You don’t have to have it all figured out. I’ll help you move forward at a pace that feels safe. I welcome you to reach out if you think we'll be a good fit.
