I'm a trauma informed, liberatory therapist who sees folks in person in Durham, NC, and virtually throughout NC and MD. I specialize in trauma recovery, identity exploration (especially for BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ folks), strained relationships, and those healing from narcissistic abuse. Using EMDR, parts work, and narrative therapy, I help people reconnect with inner wisdom, ancestors, and humor as a form of resistance, survival, and growth.
