Introduction

Hi, I’m Tayler! I’m an LPC-Associate serving clients across Texas. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as yourself and feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens and take time to understand not just what you’re struggling with, but the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped you. I have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and families and strive to create a space that recognizes and honors each person’s unique needs, strengths, and way of experiencing the world. For me, this work is personal. I have lived experience with OCD, and my own mental health journey played a meaningful role in leading me to become a therapist. I know how different life can feel when you finally have the right support, and I’m passionate about helping others find hope, better understand themselves, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic. I practice under supervision in accordance with Texas requirements. Supervised by Kathryn Stolle, LPC-S.
