Introduction

Navigating life’s challenges can feel like uncharted waters. Together, we’ll find steady footing as you explore your path forward. --------------------------------------------------------------- Currently, I provide outpatient therapy, starting with weekly sessions to offer consistent support. From there, we adjust the pace to suit your unique healing journey, creating a structured and supportive environment where you can grow and move forward with confidence. --------------------------------------------------------------- Trauma-Informed Care and Healing Approaches: Trauma shapes how your nervous system responds to life, often leaving emotions, thoughts, or sensations unresolved and stuck. I use trauma-informed therapies designed to help your system process these impacts gently and restore balance. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): Uses gentle bilateral stimulation like eye movements, tapping, or sounds to support your brain in processing traumatic memories. This approach doesn’t erase your experience but helps reduce its intensity so you can carry it with less distress. IFS (Internal Family Systems-Informed): I incorporate parts work influenced by IFS to support a compassionate exploration of the different aspects of yourself that may carry unresolved trauma or limiting beliefs, helping foster internal understanding and healing. NET (Narrative Exposure Therapy): Guides you to carefully revisit and describe your experiences, helping your nervous system integrate those memories naturally into your life story. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, fostering self-compassion and trust as you build new pathways toward healing and connection. --------------------------------------------------------------- Making Therapy Accessible: I’m an Out-of-Network provider and offer superbills to help you seek insurance reimbursement. Since plans vary, I encourage checking your benefits, and I’m always available to answer your questions. Payment options include credit card, FSA, and HSA. --------------------------------------------------------------- Ready to Connect? When you’re ready, I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or telehealth. You can reach out by clicking the "contact" link at the top of the page, or by calling my office at 603-815-2832.
