Introduction

Hi, my name is Taylor Shea Blomvik. I'm a new therapist/Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) at Insight Counseling and Consulting Services in Panama City, Florida. My own personal healing journey, training, and education greatly contribute to the ways I approach supporting and holding space for others. My work is trauma-sensitive, relational, inclusive, honest, and authentic. I am looking to support individuals (teens, young adults, adults, elders, first responders) in navigating a variety of issues, including life transitions, everyday stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, end-of-life, negative thoughts, low self-esteem, and women's issues.
