Introduction

Hi! I'm so glad you're here! Life can feel overwhelming for teens, young adults, and their families. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, school refusal, depression, trauma, burnout, or constant conflict at home, you don't have to face it alone. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults (ages 13–25) while partnering closely with parents and families to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together we'll build the confidence, emotional skills, and coping strategies needed to overcome life's challenges and move toward greater independence. Many of the families I work with are struggling with school attendance, social anxiety, executive functioning, giftedness, twice-exceptionality, perfectionism, sports burnout, or preparing for college and adulthood. I help clients understand themselves, strengthen relationships, improve communication, and develop tools they can use long after therapy ends. My goal is simple: to create a space where you can breathe easier, feel understood, and gain the confidence to move forward. Healing begins with feeling supported, and I'm here to help you take that next step. Change begins with an Exhale.
