I’m a Provisional Marital and Family Therapist in the state of Missouri, and I hold a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, family dynamics, and self-esteem. I’m also a Certified Systemic Financial Professional, and I especially enjoy supporting couples in navigating financial stress and having healthier, more open conversations about money in their relationships. My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self. I don’t see therapy as me “fixing” anything—I see it as us working together to better understand what’s going on and what you need to move forward. I aim to meet you where you are and walk alongside you in a way that feels supportive, honest, and real. In my work, I often support people who are experiencing anxiety and stress that feels hard to manage, as well as those going through big life transitions or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I also work with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and navigate conflict—especially around topics like finances, which can often bring up deeper emotional and relational dynamics. Family work is another area of focus for me, particularly when there is conflict, distance, or a desire to better understand each other. Across all of this, I also support clients in building self-esteem, exploring identity, and feeling more grounded in who they are, especially during young adulthood and other major seasons of change. I also hold a particular interest in women’s concerns and the unique pressures that can come with identity, relationships, and expectations. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just trying to make sense of things, I’d be honored to be part of that process with you.
