Introduction

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're already carrying a lot. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a difficult relationship, working through past experiences, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to figure it out alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are facing challenges related to anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, and family dynamics. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. As a therapist, I believe meaningful change happens when people feel seen, understood, and supported. Rather than focusing on what's "wrong," I work collaboratively with clients to better understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be impacting their lives. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way and build on the strengths you already have. I have a special passion for working with couples who want to improve communication, strengthen their connection, and navigate conflict more effectively. As a Certified Systemic Financial Professional, I also help couples address financial stress and have healthier conversations about money—one of the most common sources of tension in relationships. I enjoy helping partners move beyond recurring arguments and create a relationship that feels more connected, secure, and fulfilling. I also enjoy working with young adults and women who are navigating questions of identity, self-worth, relationships, and major life transitions. Whether you're adjusting to a new chapter, processing a difficult experience, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to gain clarity and confidence. Reaching out for support is a courageous step. If you're looking for a therapist who is warm, collaborative, and genuine, I'd be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing, growth, and stronger relationships.
