Introduction

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating trauma, depression, and anxiety. My training in multiple therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic work—allows me to tailor treatment to what fits best for each person. I have particular experience supporting teens and young adults through major life transitions, individuals through pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum periods, as well as couples that are working to strengthen their relationships. I believe healing happens when we feel truly heard and supported, and I'm committed to creating that safe space in our work together. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and will accept multiple insurances. I also offer self-pay rates and financial assistance at two of my office locations. I'm currently accepting new clients both in-person and virtually and would welcome the opportunity to work with you!
