As a therapist with AuDHD, I know what it’s like to navigate a world that wasn’t built with your brain in mind. That lived experience, along with training in neurodivergent affirming care, crisis de-escalation, and CBT for anxiety and depression, shapes everything about how I work. My mission is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered, especially if you haven’t always found safety or acceptance in traditional systems. That includes LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent teens and adults, women, people living with chronic illness or OCD, and people in rural communities where care is hard to reach. Growth is different for everyone, and it isn’t linear. My hope is that you learn to love what makes you unique. Sessions with me are calm, warm, and more lighthearted than you might expect. I love making clients laugh, and I believe courageous, compassionate conversations about hard topics can happen without losing either one. Fun facts: as a kid I wanted to be a therapist or a meteorologist, and I still storm watch and identify clouds to this day. I’m also a sci-fi nerd who loves gaming and anime. I offer telehealth across Oklahoma plus walk-and-talk outdoor sessions in the Tulsa metro, with evening and Sunday appointments, and I see clients as young as 9. Schedule a consultation and let’s see if we’re a good fit.
