Introduction

Taylor is a therapist specializing in perinatal and reproductive mental health, supporting individuals and families through the emotional complexities of fertility challenges, assisted reproduction, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, abortion care, postpartum adjustment, and early parenthood. She works with clients navigating postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, postpartum OCD, identity shifts, relationship changes, and the emotional transitions that often accompany becoming a parent. As a mother herself, Taylor understands both the beauty and complexity of parenthood and honors each person’s unique journey through this season of life. Taylor’s approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. She strives to create a space where clients feel deeply heard, supported, and empowered as they move toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection. Her work is attachment-informed, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based, integrating evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness. Taylor holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver and practices under clinical supervision as a SWC. She also holds a certification in Herbalism from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism and has a personal interest in nutrition and natural approaches to supporting overall well-being. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, reading novels, and creating nourishing routines that support wellbeing.
