You learned how to survive. But what would it mean to feel truly alive? Trauma has a way of weaving itself into everything-our bodies, relationships, sense of self, and the ways we move through the world. Maybe you feel stuck in patterns you can't seem to change, disconnected from your body, exhausted from holding it all together, or unsure who you are beneath the layers of protection you've built. Those protections helped you survive. Now, perhaps you're longing for something more. I'm Taylor, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in complex trauma, sexual trauma, attachment wounds, identity exploration, and chronic pain & chronic illness. I work with people who have spent so much of their lives surviving that they've lost touch with what it means to feel safe, connected, and fully themselves. My approach is relational, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the wisdom of the body. Through EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and parts work, we'll gently untangle what you've carried, make room for every part of you, and discover new ways of being. Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reclaiming the parts of yourself that got buried along the way- your voice, your joy, your capacity for connection, and your sense of belonging. You deserve a life that feels like your own. Let's find our way there.
