Hi, and welcome! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who believes therapy should be a comfortable, supportive space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and work through challenges without judgment. I became interested in the therapy field because I enjoy helping people better understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences, and build the skills they need to create positive change in their lives. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem struggles, and emotional regulation difficulties. I’m also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps children and adolescents work through the impact of traumatic experiences. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, so I’ll work with you to find an approach that fits your individual needs, goals, and personality. Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, but you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable opening up, exploring what’s going on, and learning practical tools that can help you feel more confident and in control. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you take the next step.
