Throughout life, we experience many transitions and challenges that are difficult to navigate. Sometimes, we need support in identifying and removing the barriers that can hold us back. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort between therapist and client and that we work together as a team to meet your goals. I utilize a strength-based, multicultural-informed and intersectional feminist lens to empower my clients to develop insight and bring out their inner resiliencies. I work with college students, young adults, and adults navigating various challenges such as life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and disordered eating. I utilize approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet my clients where they are at.
