Introduction

You want stronger, healthier relationships, but communication, intimacy, trust, or recurring patterns keep getting in the way. I work with couples and partners who want to better understand each other, strengthen connection, and navigate challenges around conflict, vulnerability, intimacy, sex, and emotional disconnection. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface and work toward meaningful, lasting change. You may also be struggling individually with anxiety, self-doubt, shame, grief, identity, or a difficult life transition. I provide individual therapy for adults who want to better understand themselves, work through experiences that continue to affect them, and create healthier patterns in their lives and relationships. Our work may explore self-esteem, vulnerability, self-compassion, personal growth, relationships, or healing parts of yourself that have been difficult to understand or accept. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, integrating person-centered therapy, CBT, the Gottman Method, and sex therapy-informed care. I balance compassionate support with honest reflection and practical tools, helping individuals and couples develop greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of connection. Offering both in-person therapy and online telehealth. To learn more visit: Marriage.Family.Therapy https://www.mft.care/
