Introduction

I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I'm passionate about supporting mothers and fathers through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where clients can openly express themselves and process the emotional challenges that come with this life stage. I facilitate healing using an integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, in which I was formally trained, as well as CBT, ACT, and strengths-based methods. I’m an EMDRIA-approved EMDR provider. I’m committed to providing culturally competent, gender-affirming care and have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I view therapy as a collaborative experience, where we work together throughout your healing journey. I strive to create an empathetic space for you to process difficult experiences and emotions, supporting your first steps toward healing. Together, we’ll explore your experiences and work toward healing and well-being.
