People come to therapy for many reasons, whether it’s feeling emotionally overwhelmed, navigating relationship challenges, managing stress, or seeking greater clarity and self-understanding. Therapy provides a space to explore emotional and relational patterns, gain insight, and develop tools that support greater confidence, balance, and emotional resilience. I’m Taylor Schwartz, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist practicing in California. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco, and I am a proud member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), including the Los Angeles Chapter. My work is grounded not only in clinical training, but also in a deep respect for how powerful and life changing therapy can be when you feel truly supported and understood. I believe therapy should give you practical tools and insight so you can approach life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. By being here, you’ve already taken an important first step toward creating meaningful change. I primarily utilize somatic, psychodynamic, and attachment-based approaches to help uncover and address root causes, rather than focusing solely on how you feel in the moment. This depth oriented work supports meaningful, long lasting change. Together, we explore emotional and mental patterns that influence your behavior, how trauma may be held in the body, and how early relationships continue to shape your experiences and connections today. I am deeply passionate about helping clients uncover their inner strength and move toward a more peaceful and fulfilling life. Supporting you on this journey, wherever it leads, would be both a privilege and an honor.
