My intention as a humanistic and narrative therapist is to create a powerful therapeutic relationship with my clients. Struggling with sexuality and relationship issues can often lead to feelings of shame or embarrassment. I believe that difference does not equal "disorder." I see our sexualities as one of the most diverse and unique parts of ourselves. My goal is centered around my passion of helping others find sexual liberation. My love and passion for helping others led me to become a therapist in the first place. They often say that therapists are "wounded healers", ones that use their empathy to put forth healing in our communities at large. My Italian heritage and family members have taught me a lot about showing up for others as a way of engaging in relational care. I work primarily with adolescents and adults and often lead groups focused on relationship dynamics and family systems. I am currently pursuing my certification in Sex Therapy, and am now an AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator. I have experience working with individuals and relationship dynamics. I am poly/ENM and kink/BDSM knowledgeable and enjoy working with clients in non-traditional relationships as well as those who identify as LGBTQIA2+. I work from a systemic lens, meaning I believe that our issues occur within the context of our relationships with others and the world around us. I hope to create a therapeutic space where it is welcomed to step into authenticity without fear of being shamed or judged.
