Welcome! I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social and generalized anxiety, panic disorder, depression, and body dysmorphia. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, authentic, and supportive experience focused on what matters most to each client. I am committed to creating a nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to build on their unique strengths and develop practical coping skills. My therapeutic approach is tailored to clients’ needs and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a Solution-Focused approach. I am currently a Clinical Social Work Intern pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Case Western Reserve University. I practice under the supervision of Kristina Fryson, I.2304473-SUPV.
