Introduction

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but my goal is to make it comfortable and approachable — a genuine conversation that helps you make sense of things and move forward at your own pace. I offer telehealth sessions for adults across Iowa, with plans to eventually offer in-person sessions as well. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, transitions, grief, ADHD, identity concerns, and relationship or family stress. My style is compassionate, reflective, and down-to-earth — I don’t pretend to know more about your life than you do. I’m here to help you explore new perspectives, process experiences, and find clarity when life feels uncertain. I will begin offering services in January 2026, but encourage you to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation, or sign up for an initial session using the links on this page. I look forward to working with you!
