Introduction

As humans, we are wired for connection. We long to be seen, understood, and valued. Life can bring unexpected challenges, pain, and transitions, and you do not have to navigate those experiences alone. We all have a story to be told and we all have a journey. And what a privilege it is to hear your story and even more of a gift to be a part of your journey. It is a beautiful and messy thing to be human. My goal as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can show up authentically and move at your own pace. Therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when trusting someone new, and I do not take that lightly. I believe each person holds the capacity for healing and growth, and my hope is to help you reconnect with those strengths within yourself. My approach is rooted in relational psychotherapy and a systemic lens, recognizing that our relationships, life experiences, and environments shape how we understand ourselves and others. I integrate attachment-based work with approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Bowenian Therapy, Structural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method. As well as EMDR certified, an evidence based approach that helps individuals process trauma and reduce distress. My style is collaborative, authentic, compassionate, and at times humorous. I strive to help clients feel empowered, supported, and more connected to their most genuine selves.
