I’m Tayra, a bilingual, trauma-informed therapist, social worker, Army veteran, and yoga teacher. My path to this work is shaped by my own lived experiences with military, generational, and immigration-related trauma. Lived experiences taught me that healing is about understanding what we carry, reconnecting with ourselves, and intentionally choosing how we want to move forward. I work with children 10+, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, burnout, relationships, life transitions, identity, and personal growth. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) through three pathways: TALK- through traditional therapy. MOVE- through yoga and somatic practices. CREATE- through sand tray and expressive approaches. My goal is to help you strengthen your connection to self, connection to others, and connection to purpose so that even when life is difficult, you can continue moving toward what matters most to you. .
