With over 15 years of experience in mental health and social services, I take a compassionate, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approach to treatment. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Together, we will identify practical tools, build resilience, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and person-centered techniques. I strive to create a safe environment where clients can explore challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and strengthen relationships. I offer telehealth services for clients in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania and welcome individuals from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
