I’m Te-Nail Gayden, a Licensed Professional Counselor and I provide supportive individual therapy for adults and couples, struggling with relationship problems, unresolved trauma, PTSD, anxiety, unresolved grief, and addiction. As a Therapist with Christian Values, I specialize in blending Biblical Principles with proven, evidence-based therapy models, to help you heal emotional, spiritually, and mentally. Whether you’re interested in individual treatment just for yourself, or couple’s counseling, we will work together to help you learn to resolve your issues, establish heathy coping strategies, in order to preserve your legacy for the future. We will do this by creating an individualized treatment plan that is based on trauma-focused Evidence Based Psychotherapy with a person-centered, multicultural perspective.
