Introduction

Hi, I’m Teal Ingalsbe, a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been a nurse since 2013 and earned my graduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care with a focus on the whole person—integrating mental health, physical well-being, and meaningful connection. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in helping individuals build sustainable, long-term wellness. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the mountains, being outdoors, and connecting with family and friends.
