I work with adults navigating addiction and recovery, trauma, anxiety, shame, and other mental health concerns, including psychotic-spectrum conditions such as schizophrenia. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or tired of repeating the same patterns. My goal is to offer a place where those experiences can be understood without reducing someone to a diagnosis. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Depending on your needs, I may draw from EMDR, motivational interviewing, cognitive and behavioral approaches, mindfulness, and other evidence-informed methods. We’ll talk openly about what you want to change, what seems to be getting in the way, and whether the work we’re doing is actually helping. I believe therapy should help you understand yourself more clearly, build useful skills, and make changes that hold up in everyday life. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start with where you are and work together from there.
