Welcome. I'm glad you're here. If you've found your way here, chances are something in your life isn't feeling the way you'd like it to. Maybe you've been carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or a major life change. Maybe you're the person everyone else leans on, but you've realized you need someone in your corner, too. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. It should be a place where you can be honest without worrying about being judged and where you don't have to pretend you have everything together. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to be yourself, while also feeling supported and challenged to grow. One of the things I love most about being a therapist is getting to know the person beyond the diagnosis. You are so much more than the anxiety you experience, the trauma you've survived, or the difficult season you're walking through. My job isn't to tell you who you should be—it's to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and develop the tools and confidence to create the life you want. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've worked with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other complex mental health challenges. Those experiences have taught me that healing isn't about becoming someone different—it's about learning how to move forward with greater self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. More importantly, I tailor therapy to you because no two people—or their stories—are the same. I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, and finding the right therapist matters. Whether this is your first experience with counseling or you're returning after time away, my hope is that you'll find a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and encouraged as we work toward your goals together.
