Aloha, I was born and raised in Honolulu and earned my Master’s degree from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, School of Social Work. I have always felt a strong calling to support others, and I bring both passion and dedication to the work I do. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through times of crisis as well as important life transitions. My approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and goal-oriented. I integrate both traditional and holistic practices, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. I specialize in Crisis Intervention and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe in meeting each person where they are, providing culturally responsive care, and attuning not only to what is shared, but also to what may remain unspoken. My goal is to foster a safe, nurturing, and collaborative therapeutic environment that promotes balance, resilience, and overall well-being. *At this time I am seeing clients via telehealth only.
